WL-UVL wheelchair lift
Suitable for the back door of commercial vehicles!
Installed under the chassis of the side door of a commercial vehicle. When not in use, it hides out of sight.
The installation depth requirement red is only 1085mm. The maximum carrying capacity reaches 300 kg.
Fully automatic and controlled by wired remote.

The tailgate lift is installed at the rear of the vehicle and uses a hydraulic or electric push-rod system to horizontally raise the wheelchair from the ground to the height of the vehicle's floor. Core components include:
**Loading Platform:** Aluminum alloy non-slip pedals, 800-1200 mm wide, 1200-1500 mm deep, with a diamond-patterned surface or rubber coating; wheelchair tire friction coefficient ≥0.6.
**Lifting Mechanism:** Hydraulic cylinders (300-500 kg load capacity) or ball screw motors (200-350 kg load capacity), stroke 400-800 mm, adaptable to different chassis heights.
**Folding Arm:** X-type or parallel four-bar structure, fitting snugly against the inside of the tailgate when folded, thickness controlled within 150 mm.
**Safety Guardrails:** Automatically flip-up guardrails on both sides of the platform, 200 mm high, to prevent wheelchair tipping.
**Control Unit:** Wired manual controller or wireless remote control, with an emergency stop button, buzzer warning, and fault self-diagnosis.
