Lifting Platform Mechanism

Adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy or carbon steel frame with a load capacity of up to 300kg. The folding or sliding platform design unfolds to create a stable working surface measuring 1.2m x 0.8m. Equipped with a non-slip textured steel or composite panel, the platform features retractable safety guards on the edges. Optional hydraulic cylinder drive with a lifting range of 500-800mm. The emergency manual lowering device complies with ISO 10542 safety standards. A memory function stores frequently used lifting heights.

Dynamic Load Detection: Real-time weight monitoring (load capacity 150-300kg) automatically triggers an alarm and locks the vehicle in the event of an overload.
Anti-Slip Surface + Guardrail: The platform is constructed of non-slip aluminum alloy or composite material, with optional folding safety guardrails along the edges.
Electro-Hydraulic Drive: Low noise, smooth operation, and compatible with 12V/24V vehicle power.
Wireless Remote Control + Manual Backup: Standard remote control operation, with an additional emergency hand crank for power outages
